The rooms are still being finished, so there are no coat hooks and limited clothes storage, which made things a bit difficult for me and my group of five. The weather made the room very hot, and there were issues with wobbly taps. However, the room was packed with everything you might need.

The hotel room had a lovely view of the park across the road, a fabulous size, clean, and decorated beautifully. However, it was a little on the small side, not matching the spacious look in the photos. The room was not suitable for four people due to limited table and lounge area.

The staff organized complimentary flowers for my birthday and were incredibly helpful. Just remember to phone the receptionist when needed. They were friendly and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel's location was a real bonus, being near everything, including lovely restaurants in St Anne's and Lytham. It's so close to Blackpool yet in a quieter area, but getting fresh air was a bit difficult due to the warmth inside.

The location is outstanding, perfect for accessing amenities and the beach, although accessibility with a pram could be challenging. Dining provided good quality food but lacked hot cooked options. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay.
